We are very proud to be a scratch bakery who selects flour and mixes it from 2 AM every day.  We produce more than 2000 pieces of products. But this is not all of our work,

 

Our factory in Gardena, CA is fully equipped with commercial size Freezers, refrigerator, ovens, separated /temperature controlled production area for wholesale items, frying (cutlet, croquette) area and so on for wholesale needs in addition to our own brand bakery and patisseries products.

 

We have been selling to major retailers and distributors in LA under their brands.

We always welcome buyers from various field not limited to bakery products by appointments.
